Our online system is currently not configured to calculate shipping rates to Alaska, Hawaii or international destinations. However, if you email us with a shipping address along with the particular items and quantities you’re interested in ordering, we can provide a custom quote for shipping outside of the contiguous 48 states in the U.S.

All of our shipments originate from either Visalia, CA, or San Francisco, CA. Sometimes, depending on the items ordered, an order may be split into two shipments — one sent from each warehouse location. If an order is split, you will receive links in email to track both shipments.

Non-express orders for quantities of 1 to 3 dozen Flag Beads ship via USPS Priority Mail and take from 1 to 3 days to be delivered (excluding Sundays). Orders of 4 dozen or more ship via UPS and, if placed using “Ground” shipping method, can take up to five business days to reach the ship-to destination.

Shipping methods and costs are displayed once items have been added to the shopping cart and you reach checkout and enter a delivery address. The most inexpensive option is shown as the default. Note that if you leave the checkout page to change the contents of an order, shipping rates might change. The new, recalculated shipping rate will appear when the shopping cart has been updated and you reach checkout.

When checking out using PayPal Express, you’ll first be taken to PayPal to enter payment information and billing address. After this step, you’ll be shown available shipping methods.

Orders placed before 12 noon PST usually ship the same day. Note, however, that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays. If there is an urgent need to have an order processed for express delivery, please call us at (415) 681-8407.

After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a link to check the status of the order. If you wish to receive shipping updates via email or text, you can choose to do so upon completion of an order.
